Roger “Will” Brown; Plethysmograph Technician and Biofeedback SpecialistIn 2003, Will Brown received training in administration and interpretation of the Monarch-21 ™ penile plethysmograph system. Since then, Mr. Brown has established and maintained laboratories for sexual arousal testing and arousal management training in Portland, Salem, and St. Helens. Mr. Brown has tested thousands of adolescents and adults with sexual behavior problems. He is often called upon to provide expert testimony in court cases and to provide training and consultation.
In addition to testing, Mr. Brown employs the plethysmograph as a biofeedback device. During plethysmographic biofeedback, Mr. Brown utilizes a variety of cognitive-behavioral methods to help clients identify and control their problematic sexual arousal patterns. His accomplishments include a high rate of client retention and compliance with conditioning exercises along with rapid and complete rates of response suppression. Mr. Brown is also trained in administration and interpretation of the Abel assessment for sexual interest ™ and the Affinity ™ viewing time measure. As an independent contractor, Mr. Brown works under his business name of PPG and VRT Testing Services. |
Lucinda Gardner, L.P.E.; PolygrapherLucinda Gardner is an Oregon licensed polygraph examiner. She received a B.S. from Portland State University, and completed her polygraph training at the Backter School of Lie Detection in San Diego, California in 2005. She has conducted over 7,000 polygraph examinations since 2005. She provides professional polygraph services in Portland, Oregon, to attorneys in state and federal, criminal and civil cases, and to probation/parole officers and therapists in post-conviction monitoring and treatment. She has completed specialized training in Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing.
Ms. Gardner is a former member of Polygraph Licensing Advisory Committee of the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (2011-2015). She is a co-author of the post-conviction polygraph policy currently in use by Multnomah County. |
Andrea Murdoch; Business ManagerMs. Murdoch is most likely the first person you will come in contact with when calling the clinic. Her engaging smile and warmth are sure to make you feel welcome. With more than 40 years of experience in accounting and customer service, Ms. Murdoch’s job is to make certain that everyone who calls or walks into the clinic receives professional and friendly service from beginning to end. Ms. Murdoch is not only responsible for receptionist duties but is also in charge of all financial and accounting transactions for our clinic.
