Cynthia Steinhauser, Ph.D., LCSW,
Clinic Director

Dr. Steinhauser received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon. She has over 50 years of experience in the fields of mental health and corrections, and is the former director of the Sex Offender Treatment Program, Correctional Services of Canada, Pacific Region.

Dr. Steinhauser specializes in the cognitive-behavioral treatment of sexual offenders. Her work includes several comparative treatment outcome studies assessing the  the effectiveness of different treatment techniques in reducing deviant sexual arousal in two groups of incarcerated offenders, separated by location and mental capacity.  She has also spearheaded the development of methods for the treatment of developmentally disabled offenders and has contributed countless hours of volunteer efforts to assist those with developmental and psychiatric disabilities.

Andrea Murdoch
Business Manager & Client Care Coordinator

Ms. Murdoch is most likely the first person you will come in contact with when calling the clinic. Her engaging smile and warmth are sure to make you feel welcome. With more than 50 years of experience in accounting and customer service, Ms. Murdoch’s job is to make certain that everyone who calls or walks into the clinic receives professional and friendly service from beginning to end. Ms. Murdoch is not only responsible for receptionist duties but is also in charge of all financial and accounting transactions for our clinic.
